Aeronautical Engineering is a branch of engineering concerning the design of air and space crafts. Wether a commercial jet liner, or NASA's latest project, it all lies under the category of aeronautical engineering. It takes logic and common sense to overcome the unique challenges that come with flight, so to be completely honest, it is not a job that I would recommend for everyone in my Earth Science class. An advanced knowledge of mechanics is also recommended for any person perusing a career in aeronautical engineering. While the field of designing aircraft is growing larger, it is also important to know where the idea came from, and how it has evolved over the years.
